一、有权接受治疗，不因性别、年龄、国籍、宗教信仰、价值观或社会地位而受歧视。

Patients have the right to receive treatment regardless of gender,age,nationality,religious belief of social status.

二、有权在安全及隐私的医疗环境中接受治疗。

Patients have the right to receive treatment in environment with security and privacy ensured.

三、有权知晓医疗小组组成人员及主管医师姓名等相关信息。

Patients have the right to receive adequate information about medical team which may include physicians’ names.

四、有权获得院内或院外其他专业人士的建议并参与治疗方案制定，决定选择的治疗方式。

Patients have the right to seek a second opinion within or outside the hospital and decide on the related treatment.

五、有权对高危治疗和操作，获得知情同意。

Patients have the right to informd of high-risk treatment and procedures,and sign the consent form.

六、有权询问并得知关于病情诊断、检查结果、诊疗计划、预后和卫教等信息。

Patients have the right to information about diagnosis,inspection result,the proposed treatment ,as well as possible problems related to recovery and health education.

七、有权复印病历，获得诊断证明书与医疗费用明细表。

Patients have the right to copy medical records and obtain an inditification of diagnosis and details of expense.

八、有权表达减轻疼痛，拒绝或终止治疗计划或在治疗开始后终止治疗，决定病危时是否心肺复苏。

Patients have the right to report an pain and get the pain relieved,refuse or discontinue the treatment,even on ongoing one; patients have the right to make a decision on whether receiving resuscitative services or not under critical circumastance.

九、临终患者有权得到尊重和富有同情心的服务和关怀。

Patients have the right to receive respectful and compassionate service and hospice care.

十、对医院有任何抱怨或建议，有权向医院提出申诉并得到回应。

Patients have the right to receive response concerning any complaints and advice for the hospital.
